Is the free tier forever, or will you add a paywall later?

Free tier is forever. We have committed to keeping the core viewer free. If we ever sunset it, we would give 12 months notice. Our business model (local parsing = zero server cost) makes this sustainable at scale. No paywall is coming.

Can I use the free tier commercially (streaming, YouTube, content creation)?

Yes. Free tier has no commercial restrictions. You can stream demos, create YouTube videos, and monetize them. Use your own gameplay or publicly available pro demos.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus local payment methods (SEPA, iDEAL, Klarna, etc.). We handle the full payment processing — you never give us your card directly.

What happens to my demos if I cancel Pro?

Your uploaded demos stay in your account for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, we delete them from our servers. You can download demos before cancellation using the export function.

Is there a free trial of the Pro tier?

No free trial needed — the free tier is the trial. Try everything except cloud storage and unlimited AI. If you like it, upgrade to Pro. If not, no cost. We believe in letting the product speak for itself.
